Brown cloth and boards stamped in black. 144 pages - combination of text printed on laid paper with plates printed on slick paper plus 11 pages of ads at front and 29 pages of ads at back printed on slick paper. Some pages unopened. Page foredges and bottom edges uncut. Very nice near fine condition.
