Añadir al carrito43p., stapled wraps, 6x9 inches, occasional phrase underlined, yellow slip laid in updating the situation as of March 24, 1961. Argues that Cohen is determined to introduce socialized medicine and other un-American influences; centerfold is a chart depicting the "Net of subversion in the United States Government." The conspiracy is said to extend back to the Silvermaster spy ring. Not explicitly anti-Semitic, but Shearon fumes that in her testimony "I wonder why an American of pioneer ancestry like myself should be asked to testify under oath while Wilbur J. Cohen, with a subversive record, was not asked to take an oath.".

Añadir al carritoPamphlet. 29, [3] pages, staplebound pamphlet. Very Good. Against the Wagner-Murray-Dingell Bill that would expand social insurance to include a national health plan. Shearon, a paleontologist (Ph.D from Columbia University), was an ardent anti-socialist and opponent of universal healthcare. ?It is of the utmost importance to realize that the successive Wagner-Murray-Dingell bills were not drafted along American lines but, rather, in direct conformity with international provisions which have been laid down by the Socialist-dominated International Labor Organization. These in turn largely reflect the German viewpoint with respect to the nationalization of medicine and the concentration of power in central governments.?.
