Printed and designed by Joseph Nassraoui, Beirut. 96pp English text including 3 b/w photos. Covers about very good with partial delamination, a small area of scuffing to the front, and marks to the back. Interiors very good, lightly creased to top corners. The Pan Arabian Travel and Services Company (PanArab) was a Lebanese tour operator with Head Office, Travel Office and Airport Office at different locations across Beirut, a branch in East Jerusalem, and an information and liaison office in London. This opens with useful and general information about travel, terms and conditions. Issued shortly before the Six Day War, restrictions are applied to holders of passports valid for travel to Israel or with an Israeli stamp or visa, and persons of Jewish faith "who are not allowed to enter the Arab Countries". And those proceeding from Jordan to Israel through the Mandelbaum Gate are not allowed to re-enter, and vice-versa (pp5-6). (This Gate was the checkpoint between Jordanian East and Israeli West Jerusalem until June 1967, when Israel tore it down after taking East Jerusalem in the Six Day War). Sections on each country detail various types and duration of tour from half-day to several days, recommended hotels, transfer services, transportation rates, etc, priced in US Dollars, with descriptions of major sites. Content on Lebanon additionally features a description of its sports, and its temperatures.
