All samples in this work are grown by pulsed laser deposition. So, a lot of attention was drawn to this technique optimization and improvement. It was demonstrated the ability to grow of high-quality epitaxial YBCO and LCMO thin films with different thickness on different substrates. We have investigated magnetic and transport properties of multilayered hybrid structures and superlattices consisting of superconductor and ferromagnetic layers separated by a thin insulator. 184 pp. Englisch.
