The front free endpaper has the name of the original owner and his first College - this was Jimmy Altham, a Life Fellow of Gonville & Caius College, and a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge. There is a crease across the bottom corners of the pages at the back of the book but the pages are otherwise unmarked. No jacket. First printing.
