A tight, clean example with some mild external rubbing; a few pencil notations to contents pages, correcting chapter titles; advert leaf inserted after text, with followed by 12 ruled blanks at rear for recording orders (unused). Colorful cards mounted on gray card stock bound in a thick red binder, cover detached. Cards in very good condition. One card missing from the first page.
