Gemma Galgani from Tusacny was one of the few people officially recognized by the Catholic Church as a Stigmatic. This rare book has Sister Saint Michael recounting her history through Galgani's letters, autobiographical passages, and excerpts from the things she experienced in the last years of her life. This book was first published in 1950 and until the release of the 2022 paperback it has been out of print. The mint green boards are in near perfect condition with only the slightest corner bumping evident. On interior of front board there is a 2" area with black pencil markings. On frontspiece there is a miniature rubber stamp in blue ink of a church. Binding is tight, square, and true. All interior 248 pages are crisp, clean, and unmarked. D/J has lots of chipping, creasing, and small tears, but it is still intact. 5 34" Wide x 8 1/4" Tall x 1 1/4 Thick.
