Laid in is a handwritten and signed note by the translator's father, Ben Sackheim, who ran a collectible books and graphics company in NYC at the time; also laid in is a folde…d pamphlet from Ben on "My Son, the Folk Singer," that Ben apparently sent along with the book as a holiday gift for important customers. The book is square and unmarked; corners and spine ends unbumped. An unmarked glassine sheet that is many-times folded, and doesn't exactly fit, is the dust jacket though it is unclear whether it is original to the book; Mylar protected. Signed by Author(s).
