Page ii features large sticker affixed atop original printed copyright statement amending publisher information to Gene Nunnery of Meridian, Mississippi (the original obscured text notes the book's publication by Portal Press of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; presumably Nunnery bought out Portal's inventory to sell the book himself which technically would make this book a second issue of the first edition).
