Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Good. First. The Homicide Act of 1957 reformed British law governing capital punishment crimes. One of the changes was that murder in the act of rape or other sexual crimes was no longer subject to the death penalty, but only prison time. This book argues the case that that change could lead to an increase in such crimes. (The death policy was entirely abolished in 1969, regardless.) This copy is good in black orange and white printed paper-covered boards. Ex-library with typical library stamps and labels. The binding is sound. While there is age darkening on the page edges, the text overall is clean and unmarked. No DJ (as issued?). FO22.
