Exterior shows quite a bit of edge and corner wear the with 1 inch chip missing from bottom of spine and exterior hinge cracked on left side. Interior binding is good, no hinge cracks, no torn or loose pages. Foxing is noted throughout with the worst being on the end pages and on the two steel engravings which are separated by a tissue guard. No signatures or bookplates present, no handwriting noted.…

Without a dust jacket and probably as issued. 79 pages of text illustrated with a line drawing of the Connecticut War Office on the title page and with a number of black and white images from photographs of buildings and home landmarks around the town green. A number of these plates have a laid-in black and white original photograph made by a prior owner of some of the more prominent homes illustrated in this book.…
