Page edges slightly creased. Publishers pink decorated wrappers slightly torn and chipped with some fading at the edges. Some light marking. Generally a very good copy for its size and age. The Ardmore estate was across the road from Parkstone Station. The house and land was split up into 21 lots. Scarce.
