This is an unusual copy in that it also has two additional p…ublications bound in. In addition to the original 91 pages of text, there is a copy of A Companion to the Weather Class Designed to Record Numerically and Graphically The Phenomena Presented By The Barometer, Thermometers, Raingauge, Clouds, Wind, &c With A Calendar For The Year Of Our Lord 1865. It is 73 pages and has some nice illustrations to include a full page b&w frontispiece titled Forms of Clouds. There are some handwritten dated weather observations entered in the tables. There is also another 25 page publication titled Barometer and Weather bound in. It it has a tipped in errata sheet on title page. Previous owner's name at top of title page. About half of the total pages have a small stain in upper corner that does not affect text. Light rubbing at extremities. A rare find I believe. Binding is very strong with contents clean and tight.
