Vol. IV shows thin strip of loss at head of spine and evidence of repair along front joint. 404,32 + 367,32 + 432,32 + 458,48 pp. Complete but apparently bound in the incorrect order, with Vol. IV contents consisting of the Second Series (see listing below); Vol. I imprint is Hotten, II-IV Chatto and Windus (with Vol. II note specifying them as successor to Hotten), Vols. I and II undated, Vols. III and IV dated 1875 on lower main title.
