The outer wrappers quite foxed and chipped, some loss to upper margin area of Part II, the plates & text with some occasional foxing, additional Notice to Subscribers slip in the second part, noted by Wantrup as 'very rare having been discarded from most copies'. Lievissimi difetti alla cuffia superiore del terzo volume, lievissime foriture ad alcune tavole ma ottimi e genuini esemplari. Edizione originale di questa ricchissima raccolta iconografica, in gran parte dedicata alla vedutistica di città italiane (92 tavole) nonostante il titolo indichi anche Francia e Svizzera. Una delle più riuscite relazioni grafiche del Grand tour. Ogni incisione è esplicata da testo bilingue. Inglese, francese.
