Dust jacket with some bumping/creasing near edges; several vertical furrows to front and rear panel's clear surface laminate; front flap retains publisher's printed price at top right and February 1969 date code at bottom right. Black and yellow cloth; vibrant gilt stamped lettering to spine. Toning to text block edges; deckle fore-edge. Author's near full page ten-line ink inscription on half-title page: "For Maryon Allen . . . Hope Ridings Miller August 15, 1969 Washington, D.C."
