Hardcover with dust jacket.  Blue boards soiled along spine side of front cover due to dust jacket at some point sticking to boards (with an additional small spot at upper spine edge, rear board), otherwise gilt on spine strip still bright. Edges lighty shelfworn, with edge points bumped. Internally clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures. A forward, followed by 184 pages of photographs with captions, followed by 23 pages of text describing the Five Year Plan.  The binding is tight with hinges intact.  The dust jacket is still in one piece, but well worn with many chips and tears to edges and folds. It is not price clipped.
