Two thin, 8-page, 12mo booklets, each containing a short, self-contained, original bibliomystery, written, produced and hand-signed by John Polley and Wayne Moye, proprietors of Moye Polley Books (in the latter instance "Moye, Polley & Brown Books" -- which may later have become the Seattle Book Center), Seattle, and mailed out as Christmas greetings to their customers in 1981 and 1982. The text of "A Bookman's Christmas Carol" is of five pages, the central sheet having been folded and laid in. In the second (1982) outing, "A Christmas Crime," the text is of seven pages, extending onto the rear wrap, and the booklet has actually been stapled. Both are in fine condition, and uncommon thus.
