Russet leather binding with gilt titles to spine. Contents are clean with more toning to end papers. Ink stain to bottom fore-edge. Gathering "L" is slightly lose otherwise binding firm. Maps are good with small ink stain to bottom corner. Light edge-wear to extremities with some bumping to corners. Notable ring mark to front board and creasing along spine with small split to spine head.

The title panel on the panel has bright gilt lettering and the gilt decorations on the spine are also bright. The spine has some slight edge wear and there is light rubbing to the corners and edges of the boards which are rather bowed. Browning to the page edges with some dark spotting to the top edges. There is some spotting at the front and back of the book and some browning to the pages which are otherwise generally unmarked.
