It is bound in blue gray cloth boards with embossed titles on the cover and red gilt titles on the spine; it is protected by a printed paper dust jacket. As the flap of the dust jacket also notes there are 306 illustrations including 162 in color and 144 in duotone. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket shows some light edge wear particularly at the bottom of the spine. The hard covers are pristine. Inside a former owner has left his embossed imprint on the front endpaper but that is the only mark I found in the book. The interior pages and plates are clean and bright throughout. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.…
