An oversized work of 178 pages with an index. When a search of libraries and historical centers disclosed an absolute minimum of information on the town named after Col. William F. (Buffalo Bill) Cody, the author decided to write a history. This has been accomplished in a manner that would do credit to any professional historian. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Dj is not priceclipped but two lines have been drawn through the price which is still clearly readable. The head of the spine of the dj has a small piece missing and there is wear at most corners. There is some light smudging that might be removed from the dj by goo gone.
