Blondel, Harlé et Mähl sur le transport dans la région parisienne des forces du Haut-Rhöne". Désireuse de poursuivre les recherches, la commission envoya en mai 1910 une "nouvelle mission pour procéder à l'examen d'ensemble des transports de force hydroélectriques à grande distance qui ont été réalisés en Italie, particulièrement dans les provinces du Nord et du Centre. Le rapport de M. l'Ingénieur Ourson rend compte de cette mission.
