"Time does not stand still, and whoever may think that angling has reached its zenith with the use of fine tackle and artificial flies needs to re-educate themselves once again. What appeared impossible yesterday has today become reality. The finest of all methods of angling, the dry-fly, has given way to nymph-fishing, an entirely new method which is not merely of equally high birth, but in its sporting qualities perhaps exceeds it.
