Ed Grey in the House of Commons, and a statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Bonnard, not credited other than his presentation inscription, was a lawyer, journalist and politician from Vaud. From 1910 to 1917 he was editor-in-chief of the Journal deGenève.
