Tidemark to the gutter of the paste downs and endpapers. Bookplate to the front paste down. Ink inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Clear tape repairs to the bottom margins of the first two pages of text - otherwise the text is clean and complete. A useful good 'working copy' of the second volume of the standard book of mid eighteenth century legal precedents - wills and probates, leases, mortgages, marriage settlements, setlement of estates etc.
