It is filled with black and white drawings, photographs and charts. The condition is very good although the pages have some underlining and marks in pencil. There are no signatures. The binding is loosening but all the pages are completely intact. The red cloth cover is stamped in black on the front and spine and is not faded. There is only minimal wear on the corners.
