The rear paste down has similar toning, but no brown spots. Corners are sharp, but slightly rubbed so the cloth is not red at the tip. Remnants of adhesive from a sticker 1/"2 x 1" on the lower front board. Square and tight. Decent copy. A few pages have creases due to a prior reader using folded corners as bookmarks.
