Signed "by Gov. Bill & Miss Vara". This is followed by a handwritten note: "Was with 'ole Charles last night. He said you 2 were "going abroad" this summer. Great! Have fun & think of me. Devotedly - BD". Also included is a color photograph of Governor Bill, Mrs. Daniel and Miss Vara. Dust Jacket is chipped at corners. Note: Governor Bill Daniel was Governor of Guam.
