Black and white illustrations, with the 1993 facsimile of Miller's "Mezzotints" loosely inserted - 8 loose sheets plus an introduction sheet. Inscribed in volume I from Jackson to Karl Orend, who composed the introduction to the European edition of the "Mezzotints" found herein. Gilt titled maroon cloth, fine.
