Condition is Fine: exceptionally clean & bright, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white & completely unmarked, corners crisp. The price-clipped DJ isVG+, with a 1" unclosed tear ascending from base of spine where it intersects the front cover, very minor rubbing to both ends of spine.
