Soft cover. Condición: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. First edition, 1898. The catalogue is red lined and priced throughout, possibly by the publisher as it is very carefully annotated with a summary at the end, with the whole sale realizing £2205. The front wrapper has priced catalogue on it underlined in red. The rear wrap…per has rust spots all over it and the staples have rusted leaving marks to wrappers. Some light foxing and a slight creases mark down the centre of the catalogue, possibly when folded in posting. Generally a excellent copy of this rare country house sale catalogue. .
