Text and illustrations printed to rough oatmeal paper. 20 volumes of the "In Bocca" series were published by Editri…ce de "Il Vespro" presenting collections of recipes from Northern areas in the Alps to Sicily and the islands in the Mediterranean. This volume contains recipes from Romagna, a region spanning the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini, and parts of Bologna. lt is illustrated with 12 full page screen prints in color, and numerous b/w illustrations throughout, many of them full page, two are double-paged, all rendered lithographically. Recipes are presented in Italian and English, with handwritten recipe preceding the Italian and English print version. Contains a glossary and an index at rear. Minor wear along edges of binding.
