The National Hispanic Cultural Center of New Mexico is being built in the neighborhood of Barelas, in the city of Albuquerque. This book tells the story of how the Center came about, how it is structured and the kind of programs it develops. The Hispanic Center is a tribute to our history, culture and art as well as to the members of the Hispanic community of New Mexico who brought this dream to reality.…
