Condición: Fair. 1st Edition. this is a nice item, containing the first forty one issues of the quarterly Journal of the Manx Museum, bound into two half leather bound volumes, containing a ten year run of the magazine, well illustrated with photographs and drawings, packed with historical information on the island and its antiquities, the books are 10 inches tall approx. the bindings are in a poor state, the leather has perished and is very powdery, they will leave residue on your hands when handled and it would be advisable to replace the bindings to avoid any transference to the pages within internally the contents are generally in good condition with occasional handling and foxing marks.
