No Binding. Condición: Very Good. Only west half present, eastern half is all sea. West margin completely missing, south margin trimmed with some loss of information. State 6 or 7. Pre 1854. 1inch to the mile. Linen backed.

Condición: Very Good. Electrotype print taken in 1873 of the original map published in 1824. Monochrome engraved map laid onto linen, folding into 40 sections, with marbled paper backing to two sections forming outer covers, with tiny coloured label showing map areea, no.69. No slip case (perhaps as issued). Scale one mile to one inch. Map no. LXIX. Part of the map is taken up by the Wash itself, with sandbanks and shoals, but also shown are the coasts of North-west Norfolk (Hunstanton, Holme etc), the west Norfolk fens bordering the Wash,and the southern coast of Lincolnshire including Boston. Very Good condition: the map is generally clean and sturdy, with some grubby areas to the margins and some browning to folds. The outer covers have some rubbing and a few grubby areas.
