Hardcover. Condición: Good to very Good. No Jacket. A great, solid, tight, clean copy. Shows some edge wear, mostly to the orange color along the bottom of the book. The cloth over the boards is only slightly worn. I do not know the title in English! Obviously a book of Sediments, deposits, fluvial stuff. Plenty of text, fold out vertical sections, and , as a bonus a 28 page black and white photo section showing various sediment marvels exposed in cuts and pits. A few pics of pollen? and seeds. A section in the back aparently in German. I presume the text language is Czech. Title = "Quanternary period in the field of Ostrava and in the Moravian Gate" I think it is thus, the quantenary sediments along the Oder river from Moravia to Ostrava. Wild guess from the maps. 419pp. German from 344 to 415. Has a green cloth ribbon page marker.
