Size: 8 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches or 20 x 16 cms. There are three separate sections within the book with of 78, 78 and 79 pages. Red cloth boards with gilded design and lettering to front a…nd spine. Top edge gilded. Deckled edges. Good quality colour plates within plus three portraits in black and white. Condition: Very Good. The cover and spine are generally worn and faded. The corners are lightly rubbed and slightly bowed. the gilding has dulled. Both front and back endpapers are tanned. A neat historic repair has been made to the hinge at the rear. There are a few cracks in the hinges within but the binding remains secure. The pages remain, but for a few tiny marks, fresh and clean.
