The dust jacket has a black background with an array of 5 playing cards which stretch from one cover to the other with red, blue, yellow and green backgrounds on the cards with full color of a couple dressed in formal wear, a train in the mountains, diamond jewelry, a sailing ship and dark fabric/cape and crown. The title and author are in white printing, the publisher in green, the artist of the cover is Salter printed in the lower corner. There is light soiling on the upper front cover and the spine, minor rubbing of the cover edges and folds, inner flaps tell the synopsis of the book and author's bio, there is one small hole on the spine of the dust jacket.
