Attractive and complete numbered set of lobby cards for this 1956 drama directed by Anatole Litvak and produced by Buddy Adler using Arthur Laurents screenplay. Ingrid Bergman won the 1957 "Best Actress in a Leading Role" for her portrayal of the destitute and suicidal woman coached by a Russian businessman (Yul Brynner) to pretend she is the Grand Duchess Anastasia. Helen Hayes, Akim Tamiroff, Natalie Schafer, Martita Hunt and Felix Aylmer also appear. Each yellow-bordered lobby card features a different color film scene.

Included are lobby cards for 12 Mexican films or co-productions, and 2 international Spanish-language films released in Mexico-all of which were distributed by either Clasa-Mohme or Azteca Films. Cards are full-color and universally bright, illustrated and/or photo-illustrated, each with a roughly 8 x 6.5 inch film still photograph tipped on (per its design). The number of lobby cards for each film varies between one and eight, and eleven of the sets have their original envelopes. The films represented include Westerns, comedies, horror, crime, adventure, and exploitation films. Directors whose films are represented in the collection include Miguel Morayta, Rene Cardona, Miguel M. Delgado, Vincente Orona, Jaime Salvador, Benito Alazraki, Damian Acosta Esparza, and Alfredo B. Crevenna, while actors featured include Tom Tryon, Antonio Aguilar, Fernando Casanova, Alberto Vasquez, Ana Luisa Peluffo, Rodolfo de Anda, Julio Aleman, and Julissa. 14 x 11 inches.
