Añadir al carritoBlank quarter leather notebook, titled ''Fridericus Rex'' in gilt on the spine. Octavo. Unpaginated, but the pages have been numbered by hand from 1 to 393. The first 135 of these are occupied by Frank Lissauer's manuscript entries of his own work, mostly in verse but with a few pieces in prose. The date of composition of each is given, the earliest from 1947 and the latest from 1952. The title-page reads, POEMS ETC./Frank Lissauer/in manuscript/begun 1950''. As a frontispiece there is a tipped-in ink sketch portrait of the author by Jean Goodeve. Lissauer was a published poet who worked in the book department of Christie's auction house. Some rubbing to spine. Very good.
