Condición: Good. 1946. No Edition Remarks. 148 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning.

Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Water marks to boards and spine.

Gilt and red stamped spine titles and lettering to front. Darkened top edge. Greyed rough cut foredge. Board edges are faded to to light grey/white due to water-staining. Also some similar stains to right side edge rear board. Gilt faded to spine titles. Corners bumped. Slight yellowing to endpapers. Browning to first blank pages. Some thumbing, yellowing and marks to page edges throughout but otherwise main text block is generally unmarked and well-bound.

Bound in thin blue paper over thin boards with leather spine and tips. Title in gilt on a spine red panel. Contents include laws relating to the establishment of boundaries for the State of Missouri and for certain counties, tying up loose ends from the recent Iowa and Mormon 'difficulties', organization of certain counties, elections, the handling of slaves, establishment of various State roads. These are just a few highlights from the considerable body of work published here. Book with occasional evidence of previous exposure to damp; light foxing here and there; last page in book missing two thirds of right edge (Affecting about 20 lines from the last page of the Index); covers with moderate wear; previous owner ink writing at the front; other light to moderate wear. Book is quite scarce. VERY GOOD-.
