Añadir al carritoPaperback. Offprint of the "Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society of London, 278." 8 x 11.5in. 377-409pp. 12 plates. Publisher's stapled wraps. Signed and briefly inscribed by the author, David H. Hubel, at the front wrap: "With many thanks for your help, Tom! David." The former copy of lauded neuroscientist Thomas Woolsey (Tom), whose research contributed to Hubel's, and with his ownership stamp. Hubel would win the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1981 for his research on the visual cortex and whose early development is represented most pertinently by the present volume. NEAR FINE. Shows a very small surface nick at the base of the spine, an extremely light suggestion of handling, otherwise remains Fine. As pictured.
