An interesting volume intended to spark debate on a grass-roots level in Norwegian communities, large and small, about the appearance of our surroundings - the tricky issue of taste and social passivity. The design magazine Norsk Form took the initiative to investigate and raise questions about whether it is a private or public issue how things look around us - from cityscapes to kitchen utensils. Norsk Form is issuing a call for debate on the aesthetic side of public culture. This volume highlights an important meeting point between design, architecture, and the built environment. , Norwegian, Year1993, Illust. B/W48, Illust. Color53, ISBN 8245200026, Code 3155.
