Originally published in June 1938 by Société Française d'Éditions Nelson in Paris, this is the 1950 reprint by Thomas Nelson and Sons Ltd., with offices listed in Edinburgh (Parkside Works), London (3 Henrietta Street WC2 and 312 Flinders Street Melbourne C1), Cape Town (5 Parker's Buildings, Burg Street), Toronto (91-93 Wellington Street West), New York (385 Madison Avenue), and Paris (25 rue Henri Barbusse Ve).
