Slightly frayed on the top edge otherwise in very nice condition. Not in Kurutz, but compare 176, 177 and Tourville 3447. The author may have been a professional writer and worked for the railway and steamship companies producing promotional material. Kurutz 176 is the same title but considerably expanded over this version. Tourville 3447 was produced for the Pacific Coast Steamship Company.
