Rare. $250. * This pamphlet sets out the rules of procedure for the Court of Record in Kingston upon Hull, a maritime city in Yorkshire. It also includes two forms for bailable and serviceable processes. The under-sheriff of Kingston upon Hull in the 1830s was Samuel Lightfoot. OCLC and Library Hub locate no copies of the 1834 edition. They locate an 1838 edition at the University of York and an 1852 edition at the University of South Africa.
