Erste Ausgabe.- Der deutsche Chordirektor und Komponist Christian Kalkbrenner (Münden 1755 - 1806 Paris) begann seine Laufbahn a…ls Chorsänger bei der Französischen Oper in Kassel. Er komponierte 1777 eine Messe, durch die er sich die Mitgliedschaft der Philharmonischen Gesellschaft in Bologna erwarb, und wurde 1788 Kapellmeister der Königin von Preußen zu Berlin, 1790 des Prinzen Heinrich von Preußen in Rheinsberg. Nach dem Tod des Prinzen ging er 1802 nach Paris, wo er als Chordirektor bei der Großen Oper angestellt wurde und am 10. August 1806 starb.- Es fehlen 2 Tafeln. Papier leicht gebräunt und vereinzelt etw. braunfleckig.

5 Blätter, Der Bericht erwähnt die durchgeführten Bemühungen zum gewünschten Bau des Rennplatzes Wiesbaden-Erbenheim wie eingeholte Gutachen, eine voraussichtliche Verwertung der zu Grundstücks-Spekulation angekauften Grundstücke (ca. 150 Morgen) im Anschluss an die Rennbahn Wiesbaden-Erbenheim. Berechnung auf 10 Jahre. Sowie ei…n Gutachten von Ingenieur R. Jürgens aus Hamburg und eine Skizze des geplanten Rennplatzes im Maßstab 1:7500. Die Bevölkerung wird gebeten, sich mit Beitragsscheinen am Unternehmen zu beteiligen. Der Bericht wurde auf dem vordersten Blatt mit der Ziffer 5 versehen und war das Exemplar des Vereinsmitglieds Architekt Christian Beckel. 1907 wurde mit dem Bau begonnen und am 23.7.1910 fand das Eröffnungsrennen statt; 1929 wich der Rennplatz einem Zivilflughafen.
