Cloth. Condición: Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Good. First, Signed. This book has very little corner bumping or edge wear. There is small spotting on the upper edge of the text block. DJ has darkened on edges, rubbing and unclipped; we have placed it in a protective cover. The author has inscribed the half title page as follows: To Dave Dickinson with the high regard and affection of {signature} 6/20/72 Ann Arbor. This was written strong enough to "ghost" over on the title page. A very nice copy that has been well cared for. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author.…
