The volume itself contains the full instructional apparatus (clear worked examples, diagrams, tables and problems) and is solidly bound in cloth with gilt titles. The package includes a typeset Math Department supplement bearing the imprint (Math. Dept., USMA, August 1955), Army/USMA exercises, a cadet financial/account ledger (USMA AG form with entries stamped PLOGER WAYNE D K1 MAR 57), base newspaper-subscription logs and multiple sheets of personal handwritten course notes and diagrammatic problem sketches. The typed USMA supplement explicitly replaces and re-orders pages and is stamped ARMY-USMA (service format), demonstrating institutional adoption of the text for cadet instruction. Boards square, binding tight; moderate rubbing and light scuffing to cloth at spine ends and covers, gilt remains legible. Light age-toning to endpapers; printed owner stamp 'PLOGER, W. D.' on front pastedown. Occasional small marginal smudges and corner creases; no loose signatures, no institutional perforation other than owner stamp. Laid-in ephemera - Good to Fair.
