Fair condition with scotch tape to edge of front cover, and rear cover- repairing an edge tear, spine completely covered with tape going an inch over front and rear covers. Covers are lightly toned. Page are toned, small tears to pages at binding staple. See photos whb15E.

Gilt lettering to spine is slightly dulled. Some additional moderate marks and staining. Book has slight forward lean.

Estado de la sobrecubierta: Good. 1st Edition. title page undated, published in 1936 this is the First Edition of this account of Australian Cowboys, covering cattle musters, rodeos, cattle drives in the outback, breaking in horses, etc, this example retains its pictorial dustjacket, just over 8 inches tall 213 pages, with illustrations by the author, the jacket has some signs of wear with closed tears, creases and some mild loss, the reverse of the jacket has been strengthened from rear with gummed brown paper, internally there is heavy foxing on and off throughout, foxing to outer page edges, part of the printing information on the reverse of the title page has been crossed out for some reason (see picture) else in acceptable condition.
